When younger, I used to go for a walk near where we live, and there was a lovely wattle tree in someone’s home. After there had been rain, the scent of the wattle was so very beautiful! It was such a very lovely fragrance! The love of our loving Lord is such a lovely fragrance! It wafts around our heart, and seeks to provide a soothing comfort  in our pain. May we rest in his fragrant love❤️

On the hot days last week, our electric fans were “furiously” spinning around trying to keep us cool! It is quite funny that one day we have our heater on to keep us warm, then the next day we need to use a fan! The love of our Loving Lord both makes us warm and also refreshes us and gives us encouraging hope for what is ahead. May we keep our eyes and thoughts on Him, and He  will carry us through to what is ahead ❤️

I was thinking the other day about a song that we used to sing a long time ago. It was called : “He’s got the whole world in His hand” I am not sure what made me think of it, but I remember that I enjoyed singing it! Our Loving Lord really does have “the whole world in His hands”! He knows all that is happening, in the world and in our lives. He makes sure that the sun rises and that the sun sets each day , and that our planet keeps spinning as it should and doesn’t tumble off into outer space! He makes sure we have air to breathe, and that gravity keeps us from flying away. May we forevermore praise our wonderful, powerful, Sustainer Lord! ❤️

We were doing some sorting the other day and found a photo album of photos of family and friends taken many years ago! Everyone looks so much younger! It is lovely and special though to remember that though we may age on the outside, we are still the same inside. We all are encouraged by the love and caring kindness of each other, just as we also receive joy as we give out love and care to others❤️

Paddington Bear is so cute! When he first arrives at Paddington Railway Station in the UK, he has a sign on him that says: “Please look after this bear!” He also likes marmalade jam! The Brown family kindly take him home to look after him. May we also “ look after” and care for each other. We can do that through kind words and/or actions. Kindness and knowing someone cares brings comforting encouragement to us, and helps us in all that our day is holding ❤️

My grandpa’s red roses are flowering in our side garden! They are pretty! They have grown from rose cuttings that he gave to Dad many, many years ago from his backyard. They flower each year. Dad picked some of them and put them in a vase near where i am in the living room. The scent of them is so  very beautiful!

A smile, an encouraging word or a caring action brings fragrance to the world, and to the daily lives of others! Sharing the Lord’s love through our words and actions is the best perfume of all! 🌹❤️

Precious Moments art is very lovely! The artwork is calming and gentle! It can often make us smile when we look at it.

We are precious to the Lord! He is the Good Shepherd and we are His sheep. Just as a shepherd watches and looks after their sheep,so does our loving Lord. May we rest in His love ❤️

I often order need to order medical items from an online medical supplies store. When the items are delivered, there is always a receipt sheet of paper that lists what i bought and how they cost. The sheet though is coloured bright yellow! But that is good because you don’t  miss seeing the sheet! A yellow piece of paper stands out when opening the box of  delivered items!

The loving Lord’s love stands out for us just like the yellow sheet! As He “ delivers” a new day by sending a sunrise,His love is constantly with us however we are feeling and whatever is happening in our lives that day. It gives yellow warmth to our spirit❤️

There are so many sophisticated eye machines that are now used when going for an eye test! The machines are very informative for eye ophthalmologists and optometrists when checking eye health. They can help to pick up many eye conditions.

The eyes of our  loving Lord Jesus and loving Heavenly Father are a million times better than the eye machines. They look at us in love, and understand how we feel. We are never alone as we are always under His  care❤️

One day when Dad was working at the  Bank in the City, he went for a walk in the Fitzroy Gardens on his lunch break. The gardener  there was doing some pruning and throwing out some sprigs of a pretty orange plant. Dad decided to “ rescue” some of these sprigs and see they would go in our own backyard! They took so well…and we are still getting lovely orange  flowers! I have  never known though what they were called! Dad had taken a photo of them,so I put the photo into the “ plant identifier” website… and discovered that they are called “ bush lillies”!

I was having fun the other day with the photo of the bush lilies and applying effects to it! I like how the watercolour affect turned out!

Our Lord is the Mighty watercolour Artist! He paints the skies each day! With each flower that blooms, we see the touch of His colourful paint brush! And He  has given us millions of colours and shades of colours to see each day! We will always praise the Master Painter!

Llamas are such funny animals! They make me smile  when I see pictures of them as they always seem to be smiling! Perhaps though if I was actually with one, they would not seem so happy, particularly if they were hungry!

Our loving Lord Who is  the Creator of all things made llamas! He has given them special roles to play on our planet. Though we often may not feel like smiling like a llama does, we can look upwards with wonderful encouraging hope that one day we will see the smiling, tender  face of our loving Lord Jesus and the warmth of that will bring us joy eternally ❤️

There was a song that was in the Doctor Doolittle film, called “ Talk to the animals” and it was all about talking with animals! The first  verse is  :

“ If I could talk to the animals, just imagine it

Chattin' with a chimp in chimpanzee

Imagine talking to a tiger, chatting with a cheetah

What a neat achievement it would be!”

It would be fun to talk with animals! I wonder what we would chat about?!

Our loving Lord made every animal! That is so very great! It is another special expression of His wonderful creativity! The animal species are so very varied, have so many sizes, and they all have a role to play and a place in our world! Let us praise our Lord, the wonderful and powerful Creator of all things! ❤

People who live or work in some of the offices and home buildings in the City area have such lovely views of the City and surrounding areas through the windows! They are so high up in the air! On a sunny day, the views would be so very nice!

Our loving Lord looks over His world that He created, all through the day and night! It is especially encouraging though to know that even more than that He watches tenderly over each one  of us and cares about what we are going through that day! His loving eyes are upon us. He knows…He cares…He loves❤️

Recently  it was  “International Chess Day”! Chess players from all around the world celebrated  by playing a chess game on the day! When I was thinking about chess, the letters can represent our Lord’s love for us!

Christ died  on a

Cross, then rose again and is now in

Heaven.His love is

Eternal and He is our

Saviour. He was

Sent to save us all!
